Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all services of HappYinFlow, represented by Emile Wijnen and Floris van Berkel, hereinafter referred to as HappYinFlow. For the sake of convenience, “he and his” is written wherever this may be “her and her”.


1. The following terms and conditions apply to all coaching services, as well as workshops and other events offered by HappYinFlow for any person or organization (‘the customer’) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by HappYinFlow for the customer. The term ‘coaching’ as used herein includes participation in (connection / hug / tai chi / sound / healing) workshops, individual (hug / sound / healing / tai chi / life of prana) sessions and retreats
2. Workshops and individual sessions are not psychological counseling or therapy of any kind and should not be construed as such.
3. In exchange for the fees to be paid by the customer (or by a third party on behalf of the customer), HappYinFlow agrees to provide the service as described and in accordance with the terms below. The customer agrees to pay for the service under the terms below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third will be an agent acting on behalf of the customer).
4. The date on which the first coaching session takes place is considered the start date for the service. Participation by an individual in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Responsibility & Involvement

HappYinFlow will seek to enable the client to set and achieve goals that will help achieve desired results for the client. The customer is solely responsible for any decisions he makes after coaching with HappYinFlow. HappYinFlow accepts no liability for the actions of the customer. HappYinFlow is not liable for any loss suffered by a client, after commencement of coaching sessions, or for any perceived failure by the client, whether justified or not, to achieve quality of life improvement or to achieve desired results or goals .
For sessions including physical contact, HappYinFlow takes responsibility for its physical hygiene. HappYinFlow asks the customer to do the same. Personal hygiene includes showering, wearing clean clothes, having no infectious diseases, not using intense perfumes, etc. HappYinFlow reserves the right to refuse customers who lack inadequate physical hygiene. He will give feedback to the client in this case.
If sessions include partial nudity, HappYinFlow may request additional personal hygiene measures.


Personal or other information provided by the client to HappYinFlow in coaching sessions or workshops will be treated confidentially. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the prior consent of the customer, except where required by law.
How HappYinFlow handles personal data is stated in the privacy policy (under the general terms and conditions).

Clarity and style

HappYinFlow discusses the desired coaching style with the client. The client has the right to speak openly and candidly with their coach, and the client is encouraged to discuss any concerns they may have with HappYinFlow in any area of ​​the coaching process. HappYinFlow welcomes openness and honesty.
Feedback about the service is welcome and can be given during a coaching session, workshop or by writing to HappYinFlow, ontpanneninconnect@gmail.com.
HappYinFlow is constantly striving to ensure that the level of service it provides to its customers remains excellent. At the end of the coaching process or a series of coaching sessions, the client may be asked to complete a feedback form.

Cancel and rearrange sessions

If the client needs to reschedule a coaching session, he must notify at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be made to clients for unused coaching sessions unless notified 48 hours in advance. In exceptional circumstances HappYinFlow has to rearrange a coaching session; in these circumstances, HappYinFlow will use reasonable efforts to make a mutually satisfactory alternative arrangement with the client.
When a client pays for a session in advance, he or she must have the coaching session (s) paid for within 6 months of the payment, otherwise the fee will expire.
The customer can terminate his coaching process at any time in writing (relaxinconnect@gmail.com). All amounts due at the time of cancellation become immediately due and payable. Refunds for payments made for future sessions are determined by HappYinFlow.
In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to grief or other obligations, improper customer behavior, actual or potential conflict of interest or other reasons, HappYinFlow may decide to prematurely terminate or refuse service to the customer or be unable to provide further provide coaching sessions to the client. In such a circumstance, where possible, the client will be reasonably canceled by HappYinFlow and will refund any prepayments for coaching sessions not yet provided.
When a client does not respect boundaries or otherwise behaves inappropriately, HappYinFlow has the right to immediately stop the coaching session without reimbursing the coaching fee. HappYinFlow has the right to refuse a customer or to refuse certain types of sessions with a customer. Inappropriate behavior includes (but does not exclude other behavior):
Touching HappYinFlow without prior permission.

Sexual Interaction.

Ignoring other limits set by HappYinFlow.
There may be times when HappYinFlow recommends that the customer look for an alternative service that better suits their current needs. In this case, HappYinFlow will fully discuss the reasons for the recommendation with the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to decide whether to follow the recommendation and HappYinFlow does not accept any liability for the outcome of decisions the customer chooses.

Cancellation policy Workshops and events

Tickets for workshops and events consisting of one evening can be canceled up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the event. The ticket price will be refunded, minus € 5 administration costs. Requests for cancellation within 2 weeks prior to the event will not be recognized and tickets will not be refunded. Tickets can be sold to another person for the same price as the ticket was originally purchased.
Tickets for an entire weekend workshop can be canceled up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the event. The ticket price will be refunded minus € 10 administration costs. Requests for cancellation within 2 weeks prior to the event will not be recognized and tickets will not be refunded. Tickets can be sold to another person for the same price as the ticket was originally purchased.
There may be restrictions on ticket sales due to the target audience of a workshop. Different cancellation conditions may apply for a specific event or retreat. These will be indicated separately and are then leading.
